Data Fundamentals: Introduction to MedicaidDecember 9, 2008 Download Brochure and Registration Introduction to Medicaid will provide a comprehensive overview of Medicaid eligibility, benefits, and hospital payments. It will cover New York Medicaid hospital reimbursement systems, bad debt and charity care distributions, Graduate Medical Education payments, and other payments to hospitals. Participants will gain insight into how the Health Care Reform Act and Medicaid are related, and the political and financial ramifications of Medicaid policy at the local, state, and federal level.
